Dear Alan; 

As our 4 month long major electrical upgrade of Hampton House is now finished, I am writing to relay our complete satisfaction with the manner in which you and your staff carried out the job.  

As you know, a 100 year old character building can yield surprises and many small challenges in every phase of the upgrading process. The job entailed a tricky underground feed of the main service to the meter room, feeding all supply lines to the panels in each of the 27 suites, the connection to plugs and switches and the installation of all new electric heating. All of this, as you know, involved the balancing act of getting the job done on time and budget in addition to making the tenants feel that their concerns were valid and their home respected.  

I would like to offer our thanks to you, Jason, Sam and Kyle for the thorough and thoughtful approach to our job and offer our unconditional recommendation to prospective clients on your work ethic, knowledge and the professional approach to the work that you do.
